Where has the time gone? Great that we have been blogging for a year and let's hope we will continue to exchange ideas.
I have been out of the loop concerning most things the past few weeks as our son from Melbourne has been staying with us having decided with his wife to move up here. He managed to find a job quicker than expected so was with us for 5 weeks before he went back to bring our two grandchildren up on the plane giving Caron his wife a chance to clean and see the furniture lifted before she flew up last Thursday.
They are going to rent for 6 to 12 months before buying even though they have sold their house so they are looking at the moment and will stay with us until they find something. The girls started at their new school on Monday and have been very happy so far so we will keep our fingers crossed that it stays that way.
Needless to say I haven't given textiles a thought as even when the girls are at school I can't settle and the fact that my workroom is doubling as a bedroom doesn't help. Hopefully for their sakes (as living out of a suitcase isn't much fun) they will find something soon and be able to settle into their own routine. It is lovely though to now have both our boys and their families up here and be able to share happy times together.

i hope your family get resettled soon, it must be a bit of a squeeze right now but it will be good to be closer to them when they are in their own place again
