it seems that blogger still haven't sorted out the problems with posting comments - when you are asked to sign in make sure the "stay signed in" box is unticked and you should be able to go ahead - it's a nuisance having to remember you codes and sign in every time but for the time being it has to be that way
no apologies or explanations are forthcoming from blogger - i'll keep you posted
i haven't checked with blogger recently but because i was having problems with another blog i decided to try a different browser and switched to the Google one - that seems to have sorted out my blogging glitches and it's much faster and seems easier - it felt a bit drastic at the time but seems to have worked out
