Posting

Hello Chris,
Don't despair we have all felt like you are feeling and even when one thinks one knows what to do things can still go wrong!!
Before you can post you need to sign in by selecting the "sign in" box at the top righthand side of the home page.
A page will then open where you can select New Post which will then open a posting box to type in. Third icon from the right allows you to select images to add and down at the bottom on the left hand side is the "Publish Post" box.
Eva or Wendy might have an easier way but I hope this helps.
